Help applicants to see the energy efficiency potential
Any suppliers we suggest will be approved under our 'five tests'. They can be vetted by your company before we share their name with the landlords or tenants.
For upgrade projects we and our suppliers can work under any arrangement mutually agreeable between us.
Offer landlords a guided way to upgrade the building to meet the Minimum Energy Efficiency Standard (MEES) in force since 1 April 2018. Our long experience helps us to suggest the most cost-effective ways to make the grade.
